Questions people actually ask
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes — it is not a trial. Full repertorization on all three repertories, all four materia medica books, patient files and printed prescriptions, with no time limit and no card. It is capped at 50 patients, which is the point at which a practice is usually ready to pay.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your account moves to the free plan. We do not delete your patient records and we do not lock you out of reading or exporting them. Holding clinical records hostage over a failed card would be indefensible.
- Can I try Pro before paying?
- 14 days, no card required. If you do nothing at the end, you land on the free plan rather than a bill.
- Do you charge per receptionist?
- No. The Clinic plan covers your front desk, however many people work it.
- Can I move between plans?
- Any time, in either direction. Annual plans are refunded pro rata for unused whole months — see the refund policy.
