Terms of service
The agreement between you and us. Written plainly, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. This agreement
These terms are between you — the registered practitioner using HomeoRep — and [your registered legal name], [entity type]. Creating an account means you accept them.
2. Who may use HomeoRep
HomeoRep is for qualified, registered homeopathic practitioners. By registering you confirm that you are one, and that the council registration number you enter is genuinely yours. That number is printed on every prescription slip, as NCH (Homoeopathy Practitioners' Professional Conduct) Regulations 2022 requires — the app will not print a slip without it.
You may create logins for your own reception staff. You remain responsible for what they do with them.
3. HomeoRep does not practise medicine
This is the most important clause here.
HomeoRep is clinical decision-support. Repertorization results are references computed from classical published sources — a Kent-based repertory, Boenninghausen, Boger, and public-domain materia medica. They are arithmetic over those books. They are not a diagnosis, not a recommendation, and not a second opinion.
Every clinical decision is yours. The remedy, the potency, the dose and the responsibility to the patient rest solely with you as the treating physician. The same is true of the optional AI assists, which only propose repertory search phrases — never a remedy.
Reference data is derived from published classical sources and may contain errors of transcription. Verify against your own books where it matters.
4. Your data is yours
You own the patient records you create. We claim no rights over them beyond storing and processing them so the software works, as set out in the privacy policy.
You can export your data while your account is open. If you stop paying, we downgrade your account — we do not delete your patient records or lock you out of reading them. Holding clinical records hostage over a failed card would be indefensible.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share your login, or let anyone who is not authorised use your account;
- enter records for patients who are not yours to treat;
- bulk-extract, scrape or redistribute the repertory and materia medica data — it is licensed to us for use inside HomeoRep;
- attempt to reach another clinic's data, or probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first;
- resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
We would much rather hear from a security researcher than find out the hard way. Write to support@sabkacare.com.
6. Availability
We aim to keep HomeoRep available at all times and will schedule maintenance outside Indian clinic hours where we can. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on any plan, and none at all on the free plan.
Because outages happen, keep a way to practise without us — printed slips, or an export. We take daily backups, but no backup makes an outage convenient in the middle of a consultation.
7. Plans and payment
Prices are listed on the pricing pagein Indian rupees, and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before increasing the price of a plan you are on.
Refunds and cancellation are covered by the refund policy.
8. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We will delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or endangers other users. We will tell you why and, unless the law prevents it, give you a chance to put it right and to export your data first.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and given §3 — that clinical decisions are yours — our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost patients, or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
